AICC RCOG (All India Co-ordinating Committee, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists) is dedicated to advancing women's healthcare in India. As the official Indian representative of RCOG, we focus on promoting excellence in obstetrics and gynaecology through professional development, education, and advocacy. By fostering collaboration between healthcare professionals, we aim to improve standards of care and ensure better outcomes for women and their families.

RCOG President

As President of RCOG with my Indian heritage, the AICC and its zonal committees are very close to my heart. The AICC RCOG and the four Zonal Committees play a vital role in supporting the College’s mission to improve the health of women and girls. AICC RCOG represents the College in India to support our 1800 members, which I am proud to say is the highest number of members in any one country outside of the UK. These numbers are growing thanks to the great efforts of all our Indian Fellows and Members who in addition to their main roles, volunteer to act as examiners, organisers, course faculty and work with the College to promote the benefits of RCOG membership for a career in the speciality of O&G. We could not achieve this without your dedicated support, expertise and hard work so please accept my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation.

Now well into my second year as RCOG President, with the support of my Vice Presidents, I am working hard on my presidential priorities , which include:

Improving gynaecological training
Race Equality - fairness and equity for all our colleagues
Maternity Safety and Climate Change and Sustainability.

I hope you will work with me and the College to progress our work in these important areas and to deliver our ambition of improving women’s health and healthcare worldwide.

Message from the
AICC RCOG Chairperson

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the AICC RCOG Website. India has the largest number of members and fellows of the RCOG outside of the UK. AICC with its zonal committees coordinate all the activities within India and serves as a representative of the college in India and of the members and fellows in India to the College.

There are a host of activities that our members and fellows are engaged in including examination, exam courses, MTI selection, CMEs workshops and conferences as well as community awareness and engagement. This website will serve as a means of accessing information of these varied activities and the zonal newsletters. There is a link to the zonal websites as well as an opportunity to express interest to be a part of the activities. We intended to develop an information and engagement page for the public as well.
